Fuel Up Before You Work Out!

 

If you work out at the crack of dawn, eat something before hand to ensure you get your blood sugar level back on track from the overnight fast.  Normally a piece of fruit or whole grain toast is enough.  Same thing goes if your work out is in the evening.  Plan a light snack a hour or two before the training session, e.g. fruit, nuts, grain, etc.  This will give your body that extra boost of energy it needs for the training.
