KAEROBOX FITNESS - eat Healthy, gain Energy, live Right The Kaerobox fitness
program offers more than just aerobic kickboxing. My hope is that this
program will encourage and motivate you to improve your lifestyle and pick
up some healthy habits. I've always looked for newer and exciting
things that have the power to stick and improve what I already have.
Over the past 5 years of the Kaerobox program, I've learned so much, As we continue to grow, so do our needs. This program continues to impress me. Every class offers something new and exciting. I'm so excited to offer this program to you! Each session we offer an extended version of the program to those individuals seeking to incorporate all of the components of the program for a life changing experience. This goes beyond a 6 week session of kicking and punching. It's a new way of living. There are 4 components with a weekly follow-up session: (1) Cardio, (2) Resistance Training, (3) Healthy Diet, (4) Rest & Relaxation. Personal Training Sessions are available for those individuals interested in acquiring a personalized approach to assist in helping them to achieve their fitness goals.
