ZUMBA
Saturday Mornings

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that
create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines
feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and
slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the
principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to
maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a
mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. |

COMMUNITY SELF-DEFENSE
Saturday Afternoons

Everyone in the community is invited to join us for free self-defense
training on Saturday afternoons. This class was designed to
educate our community on things that each of us can do to bring
awareness, develop self-confidence and teach self-defense. There's
no cost for this class and men, women, and youth are all encouraged to
attend. Participants will learn how to defend themselves mentally
and physically against the challenges we face on a daily basis. |

BASIC BOXING / KICKBOXING
Tuesday & Thursday Evenings
6 - 6:45pm

Learn the fundamentals of boxing and/or kickboxing. We specialize in
developing amateur fighters from youth to adult, both male and female.
Opportunities are available to excel from open to professional levels of
competition. Our fighters learn the basics of applying effective
boxing techniques, including offense, defense and movement. This
includes, punches, combinations, catches, counter-punching, pivoting and
much more. |

FIGHTERS CLUB TRAINING

The Fighters Club is the
ultimate level of fitness and competition. The Fighter's Club is a team of
athletes that compete in sanctioned boxing, kickboxing and/or
karate events across the United States demonstrating their elite skills.
This team of fighters is widely become a well respected force in the world
of competition for all contact sports. We love to train and have fun
while doing it. Our team members are all ages, both men and women.
We're looking for a few more good people. Do you have what it takes?

KAEROBOX
'AEROBIC KICKBOXING'

Kaerobox is the ultimate
total body workout. Learn basic boxing / kickboxing techniques to
upbeat music. We focus on upper / lower body conditioning.
This class has been rated as one of the top aerobic kickboxing programs in
the Midwest. My hope is that this program will encourage and
motivate you to improve your lifestyle and pick up some healthy habits.

BEGINNER KARATE (ALL AGES)

An introduction program for
individuals interested in learning the basic techniques of karate.
Techniques include punches, kicks, self-defense and much more.
Student will have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and advance
in rank. |

TOTS "FAMILY" KARATE (AGES 6 - 9)

This program is especially
designed for children and their parents. This class is geared toward
encouraging family exercise and martial arts training. The class
is an awesome way to parents and children to interact and learn
together. The children love it and parents have a lot of fun while
getting in shape and learning how to develop interaction skills with
their little ones. This class teaches various skill sets in the
areas focus & concentration, following directions, memorization and
learning. The classes are held in a fun & exciting environment.

The advanced karate program
is a graduate level program which continues to develop the skills acquired
in the beginner program. Participants in this program have the
opportunity to learn advanced karate skills including breaking techniques
and weapons demonstrations. There is also a leadership component
that's available for those individuals interested in pursuing teaching
skills. |

Black Belt Training (ALL AGES)

Our black belt training
program is established for those individuals that have set their goals on
becoming a black belt. This is a fun and exciting program that
offers you the best quality training in a exciting and intense
environment.

The leadership program was
established to offer our students another level of training. These
individuals learn the skills needed to become leaders and masters of their
art.
